Scott is a fitness junkie! He has 22 years of professional fitness training experience and multi-level commercial fitness management experience. He specializes in strength training, HIIT training, sports-specific training, nutritional guidance and planning, youth training, stretching and flexibility. Fitness and sports has been his passion since a young age. His experience, knowledge, and passion for the fitness and health field is what will stand out when you train or take a group fitness class with Scott. Helping others achieve results and becoming their very best self is what drives him every single day. His classes are fun, enjoyable, motivating, and filled with energy. Scott offers modifications based on specific needs in his classes and works with people of all ages. Scott's fitness certifications include: ISSA National PT Certified Spartan RX Training Certified FMS (functional movement screening) Level 1 and Level 2 Certified CPR/AED Certified Scott is also a licensed NYS Teacher k-12, scholarship NCAA Athlete on a national ranked baseball program, head coach of LI Dodgers (Nation Youth Travel Baseball Program), and has 19 years of semi-pro baseball experience.
